Michael Robson, Principal of Alkamye
Properties*, who qualified as a
Chartered Surveyor, has been involved in
the UK real estate market for over 40
years. He set up a development business,
now trading as Alkamye Properties, in
Chiswick, West London in 1997. Since
then he has become well known locally
for the high quality of his
developments, some of which are featured

A great deal of thought and preparation
goes into all Alkamye's projects, each
of which is characterised by meticulous
attention to detail and the highest
standards of finishes and fittings. A
very hands-on approach ensures that

On the strength of this reputation
Alkamye was recently asked to identify,
buy (or locate, acquire) and coordinate
all aspects of the rebuilding of a
property in Chiswick to provide an
exceptional house of exceptional quality
for a client. What is now little more
than a large hole in the ground will
soon be a magnificent home of some 6,000
square feet with all modern
accoutrements in a secure landscaped
setting with underground parking for two
vehicles.
Based near Ledbury, Alkamye Properties
is also looking for clients for whom it
can apply the same magic to projects in
that part of the Country.
*Alkamye is
the ancient root of alchemy which
was concerned with the transmutation
of base metals into gold.
